Media Stand Up Interviews

One of the most popular courses at the FBINA is the Seminar in Media and Managing the Law Enforcement Image.  Most every NA graduate I spoke to prior to making my course selections recommended taking this course and I couldn't agree more. 

The course is taught by two very experienced instructors who have years of experience in local media and military media relations. 

Gail Pennybacker covered news with ABC7 in Washington DC for 26 years.

Ken White also brings a vast amount of experience from his years with the Marine Corps public relations/media division. 

Last week we had an opportunity to conduct a live stand up interview with Gail using the messaging tool discussed in class.  Each student was given 5 minutes to review a scenario, which was "ripped from the headlines".  My scenario was an armed robbery of a family in their home while unloading a moving truck.
